Description
Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a skilled and collaborative Associate Section Chief for Acute Services to join our growing Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health. This leadership role oversees the clinical quality, operations, and provider performance across all acute psychiatric programs, including the Psychiatric Crisis Department, Extended-Observation Suite, Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit, and Inpatient Psychiatry Units.

Requirements
Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry required; Child & Adolescent Psychiatry preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attending psychiatrist in pediatric psychiatric inpatient unit and/or psychiatric emergency service.
- Leadership experience as a Medical Director is preferred.
- Eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in acute care psychiatry, clinical operations, or program development.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, interdisciplinary teamwork, and clinical excellence.
