The B2B Growth Marketing Manager drives measurable business growth for B2B clients through data-driven experimentation, full-funnel optimization, and strategic campaign execution. This role combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to identify growth opportunities, design and execute tests, and scale winning strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable diving into analytics platforms and collaborating with creative and strategy teams to bring insights to life.
As the B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you will own growth initiatives from hypothesis to execution to analysis, working cross-functionally with digital media, creative, strategy, and client teams. You will be responsible for identifying conversion bottlenecks, designing experiments to overcome them, and building scalable growth systems that deliver consistent results for enterprise clients.
Key Accountabilities
B2B Growth Strategy & Experimentation
Design and execute comprehensive testing roadmaps that drive measurable improvements across the customer journey. Develop hypotheses based on data analysis, competitive research, and customer insights. Prioritize experiments to maximize impact.
Full-Funnel Optimization & CRO
Analyze B2B conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities. Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across landing pages, email campaigns, and paid media. Implement A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve performance metrics.
Analytics & Performance Measurement
Build and maintain dashboards that track key growth metrics and campaign performance. Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations. Partner with clients to define success metrics and establish measurement frameworks that align with business objectives.
Cross-Channel Campaign Execution
Orchestrate integrated growth campaigns across paid media, email, content, and social channels. Collaborate with digital media teams to optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance. Ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Lifecycle Marketing & Retention
Develop nurture strategies that move prospects through the funnel and activate existing customers. Design automated email sequences, retargeting campaigns, and account-based marketing programs. Focus on improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
Growth Reporting & Client Communication
Prepare comprehensive performance reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations. Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, translating metrics into business impact. Maintain proactive communication about test results, learnings, and next steps.

Requirements
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful B2B growth experiments that drove measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and statistical analysis.
- Deep understanding of B2B conversion funnel optimization and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency with marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and attribution platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
- Experience working in B2B technology or SaaS environments is strongly preferred.
- Self-starter mentality with strong project management and organizational abilities.
