Description
The ideal candidate has political experience, exceptional attention to detail, and is interested in bookkeeping and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Record mail and other receipts
Track invoices
Prepare donor correspondence
Assist with bank deposits
Assist with preparation of weekly & monthly reports
Assist with tasks assigned by Managers and Partners
Requirements
Experience and Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Highly motivated, self starter, able to juggle multiple tasks
Experience with Excel, Google Suite
Commitment to supporting progressive causes
Willingness to take initiative
Availability to maintain a flexible schedule while meeting strict deadlines
Accounting, fundraising, and/or political experience preferred
