This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-quality, experienced health law attorney capable of direct client responsibility, handling of transactional, corporate, contract and compliance work for medical practices, physicians and other providers. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and transactions work for providers. We seek to develop a long-term relationship with a highly motivated attorney who possesses relevant experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Georgia license (or willingness to obtain) required. Salary Negotiable according to experience.
