The Law Office of Amanda Beane is seeking a junior litigation associate for the firm's growing civil litigation practice. The position is part-time, fully remote, and offers flexible hours. There is opportunity to grow into a full-time positoin.
About the Firm
After nearly 22 years in a large law firm, I founded my own firm in September 2024. I represent companies of all sizes in complex commercial litigation, including defense of consumer claims (e.g., TCPA, privacy, ADA) and in breach of contract and other commercial disputes. About the Role
I am seeking a junior associate who can work independently but is also interested in growing and learning. You'll help with research, writing, filings, strategy, document collections and production, client communications, and more. Opportunities exist for hearings and depositions.
Ideally, you bring:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing
- Experience drafting pleadings and with discovery
- Ability to communicate well and collaborate
- Strong attention to detail
The firm is fully remote, but Washington residency is a must.
Compensation
- $62-$78 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Annual, discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance
- Full benefits package available if position grows to full time (health insurance, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k))

Requirements
- Active WA Bar license in good standing
- Active CA Bar license in good standing a plus, but not required
- Experience: at least one year of civil litigation, preferred familiarity with both federal and state practice
- Must reside in Washington State
