What You’ll Do as a Local Coordinator:
       Recruit and support host families interested in welcoming an international student.

       Guide families through the approval process and provide orientations.

       Serve as a mentor for students and host families throughout the school year.

       Build relationships with local high schools to facilitate student placements.

       Encourage student engagement through volunteer activities.

Who We’re Looking For:
Passionate about cultural exchange and community-building

Skilled at networking and relationship-building

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Comfortable using social media for outreach

Experienced in mentoring youth (a plus!)

Position Details:
       Department: J-1 High School Programs

       Type: Independent Contractor

       Start Date: Immediately

       Location: Remote/Work from Home (occasional local travel required)

       Compensation: Competitive placement payments + potential for generous bonuses

Requirements:
       Must pass a criminal background check.

       Reliable internet access and home office setup.

       Completion of a Department of State certification test (Greenheart provides training).
