Job Description:
S2N is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape and scale RepSignal. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end product management from discovery & roadmap development through delivery and optimization. You will play a key role in developing our product strategy, processes, and execution.
The right candidate will thrive in early-stage, fast-paced environments and have experience building and improving enterprise, data driven software products. This role requires strong analytical skills, customer empathy, and a data-driven approach to product management. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customers to build and refine solutions that drive measurable impact.
As an early member of the RepSignal Product organization, you will have the opportunity to shape the product function within RepSignal, offering an exciting opportunity for growth & collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for RepSignal, balancing new feature development with optimizations.
- Drive end-to-end product management, from discovery and user research to delivery and iteration.
- Work closely with engineering to prioritize features, define requirements, and ensure high-quality execution.
- Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new features, ensuring successful launches by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Implement data-driven product management practices, leveraging analytics to guide decision-making.
- Develop and refine product processes, establishing best practices for roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, and iterative development.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and MedTech customers to deeply understand user needs and ensure strong market fit.
- Balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience working with enterprise software, data-driven products, or integrated platforms (e.g., Salesforce integrations).
- Experience owning go-to-market (GTM) efforts for new product features, including launch planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience developing product processes and scaling product management functions.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, startup environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Interest in the MedTech or broader healthcare space.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a startup environment or in an early-stage product team.
- Experience working in MedTech or healthcare-related industries.
- Experience with sales enablement, CRM integrations, or B2B SaaS products.
- Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive software solutions.
