Pathway Golf Institute (PGI) is looking for experienced golf-industry professionals for a flexible, relationship-driven independent contractor opportunity.

PGI has developed professional Training & Certification specifically for golf course starters and marshals, along with SimplePace™, an affordable pace-of-play management tool for golf operations.

As a Golf Industry Connector, your role is straightforward: identify appropriate golf facilities, make introductions through relationships you already have — and new relationships you develop — and connect the right decision-makers with PGI.

This is not a conventional sales position. You do not need to become a product expert or deliver sales presentations. PGI provides the professional online demonstration and handles the detailed product presentation.

For Connectors who want to expand beyond their existing relationships, PGI also provides a structured approach for identifying and reaching additional qualified golf facilities.

Compensation

SimplePace™ — $300 commission
PGI Training & Certification — $350 commission
Training + SimplePace™ Bundle — $500 commission
Plus 15% annual residual on qualifying renewals
This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexible hours and no fixed work schedule.

Requirements

We're looking for current or former golf-industry professionals who understand golf facilities where starters and marshals/rangers are part of the operation.

Relevant backgrounds may include general managers, directors of golf, head golf professionals, course-management professionals, golf-industry sales professionals, and others with comparable golf-operations experience.

Existing industry relationships are valuable, but just as important is the ability to comfortably develop new relationships with golf-course decision-makers.

No formal sales background is required. Knowledge of golf operations, professionalism, communication skills, and an understanding of the starter/marshal environment are what matter most.
