About the role You will serve as the primary staff contact for an assigned portfolio of association chapters. You handle the operational engine: member records, event logistics, board communication, and financial administration. You are the person the board president calls.
This is a hands-on role. There is no support staff underneath you. You will draft the newsletter, reconcile the registration list, and do everything except manage social media.
Requirements
4 or more years in association management, nonprofit administration, events, or membership services
Strong written communication — you will write on behalf of organizations, not yourself
Strong use of technology
Comfort managing multiple clients with competing deadlines
Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
