The DOE Intern will support the growth and development of educational programs, community efforts, and product development
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist with event registration platform data 2. Assist with pre-event logistic preparations 3. Support event activities as needed 4. Assist with cleaning of contact database and other related databases 5. Assist in event hosting responsibilities supporting staff, speakers, attendees, and volunteers 6. Assist in social media efforts as assigned 7. Assist in contact information management and website updates for clinician profiles
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Candidate pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Music Education preferred 2. Interest in event management, administrative work, and/or online systems management 3. Strong ability to communicate in a variety of online tools 4. Shows initiative, self-motivated, strong drive for results, and self-assessment skills 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills 6. Ability to work evenings and weekends 7. Highly organized and ability to learn quickly 8. Sitting for long periods of time 9. Ability to work remote
