The Executive Director shall perform organizational management services according to OKAND policies and procedures.

Requirements
The Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is a non-profit organization in good standing with the Secretary of State and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The organization is led by a Board of Directors, consisting of a President and officers. The Executive Director would work closely with the President and the Board of Directors (BOD) to execute the strategic plan of the organization and meet its stated Vision, Mission, and Strategic Goals.
It is anticipated that conducting the services requested in this RFPwould require approximately ten hours per week on average, with fluctuations depending on association activities in any given month (summer months expected to be less than 10 hours/week, and spring months may exceed 10 hours/week). Availability during regular business hours is necessary for the responsibilities of this job.
