Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

Sandhu Law Group, APC, a California multi-disciplinary professional services firm, is expanding in the State of Washington and seeking associate attorneys to join our growing insurance defense team.  We represent a variety of nationally recognized companies and this is a great opportunity for attorneys looking to grow their career and lay down some roots with our firm.  This position is fully remote and an excellent opportunity to grow with meaningful advancement potential. 

Our firm works in a team-oriented culture, with an excellent support structure.  We are seeking someone who has experience handling a case from the beginning to the end of the case, including mediation and trial.  If you possess excellent analytical and writing skills, a strong work ethic, with a positive attitude, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

       Representing a variety of legal matters

• Conducting depositions and drafting legal documents
• Identifying and collaborating with experts
• Working closely with other senior attorneys assisting with cases from inception to trial

Requirements:

•        Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar
•        Licensed in California a big plus
•        Four to five plus years of insurance defense and litigation experience
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment

Compensation and Benefits:

•        Annual salary range of $130,000 - $175,000 DOE, with bonus potential based on performance and productivity
