CASE MANAGER: LIFE CARE PLAN AND/OR VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION
Description
Stokes & Associates, Inc., a private rehabilitation and counseling corporation based in the Greater New Orleans area, is seeking a qualified professional to provide vocational rehabilitation and life care planning services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to medical record review, vocational assessment, vocational analysis, vocational testing, life care planning, and labor market and life care plan research.
Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field; current students encouraged to apply
Eligibility for CRC, LRC, CLCP required;
Current CRC, LRC, and CLCP preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word;
Must be detail oriented, able to adapt to changing priorities, and work both independently and as part of a team;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Exceptional customer service skills;
Ability to meet deadlines;
High degree of discretion with confidential information and sensitivity to the needs of persons with disabilities.

Hybrid office/remote schedule after training eligibility
Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Salary: $60,000.00 per year and up depending on education and experience
