CBIZ Higher Education Practice has been selected to partner with Higher Education Assistance Group, Inc. (HEAG). HEAG seeks applications and nominations to serve as the next Director of Client Solutions and Support. HEAG seeks a collaborative, client-focused Director to lead its sales engine, overseeing client acquisition, onboarding, and support for higher education partners. Reporting to the Vice President, this leader will drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, effective client engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, Title IV–focused environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and service-oriented professional who builds trust, adapts quickly, and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in client services, sales support, or operations; Director-level experience with Title IV Federal Financial Aid programs is required.
- Proven ability to identify institutional risks, Title IV or related compliance issues, operational inefficiencies and to propose appropriate solutions.
- Strong listening and consultative skills, with the ability to uncover and address client needs beyond what is explicitly stated.
- Comfort with conducting cost/benefit analyses and adjusting proposals accordingly.
- Ability to maintain client engagement and momentum.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing/email automation tools.
