We are seeking an energetic and reliable Tour/Club Builder and Driver to join our dynamic team. The Tour Manager will drive the Tour EXP trailer and ensure our client is well represented at fitting experiences at green grass facilities, driving ranges, and off-course specialty shops. The Tour Manager is responsible for driving the vehicle/trailer to and from events, set up, and break down the trailer. Building products sold at the events and fitting products during these events. Managing inventory and reordering of shafts, heads, grips, and club-building supplies.

Master club builder
Build numerous golf clubs to exact specifications under a given timeframe
Ability to adjust, repair, or bend golf clubs
Wedge stamping and customization expertise
Minimum of 2 years golf-related Custom Fitting/ Sales/ custom club building experience
Golf industry, retail, and/or education (i.e. PGM Program, Golf Academy) experience
Prior Club Building experience
Maintains the highest level of product and fitting knowledge to recommend the correct golf club to enhance player performance
Must represent the brand in a positive manner and appearance
Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic: high comfort level engaging with customers
Must have strong organizational skills and be very dependable, with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and handle competing priorities each day
Must be empathetic and respectful to both customer and consumer needs
Ability to operate computer equipment and launch monitor devices
Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of database and reporting tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Must have a strong and sincere passion for golf
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Travel and weekend work is required
Valid U.S. Driver’s License and clean driving record

Must Live in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas, or Wisconsin
