We’re looking for experienced professionals for remote, part-time roles who are passionate about helping patients achieve lasting health through medication-assisted weight loss and sustainable lifestyle change. Compensation and Hours
Rate: starting at $42-$50 and hour (sessions typically 30-minutes)
Flexible part-time schedule: 0-25+ hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm CST or EST

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian
Active Registered Dietitian license in at least one of: Arkansas (AR), Texas (TX), Florida (FL), or Ohio (OH)
Coaching Certification with International Coach Federation (ICF) or National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC)
Demonstrated expertise in weight loss/weight management, specifically with GLP-1 medications
Strong background in diabetes management
Proficiency in telehealth-based nutrition counseling, including video
Experience with motivational interviewing
High technological proficiency (Outlook, Teams, EMR systems, SharePoint, etc.)
Skilled in tracking patient progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting care plans
Experience working with diverse populations, with sensitivity to health and financial inequities and cultural differences in nutrition
Self-starter and problem solver, adaptable to a fast-paced, start-up environment (including troubleshooting technology)
Maintains strong professionalism in patient interactions and team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
Experience in content review and/or educational content creation
Background in creating and delivering presentations or webinars
