Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking an experienced, board-certified Dermatopathologist to join our growing pathology team in a fully remote position. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-volume, collaborative dermatology organization while enjoying the flexibility of remote practice. 
We are looking for a physician who is highly experienced in interpreting digital whole-slide images and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Responsibilities 

• Interpret dermatopathology specimens accurately and efficiently using digital pathology platforms 
• Render timely and comprehensive pathology reports 
• Correlate histopathologic findings with clinical information 
• Communicate significant or unexpected findings with referring providers when appropriate 
• Maintain high standards of diagnostic accuracy and turnaround times 
• Participate in quality assurance and peer review initiatives 
• Adhere to CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, and all applicable regulatory requirements 

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree 
• Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology 
• Fellowship-trained in Dermatopathology 
• Board Certified in Dermatopathology 
• Active medical license (multiple state licenses preferred or willingness to obtain additional licenses) 
• 3+ Years of Demonstrated experience reading digital pathology slides is required 
• Strong diagnostic skills with excellent attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
