A senior leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enable strategic growth, operational efficiency, and business model evolution. This role provides executive oversight of complex programs—including new market entry, business restructuring, and large-scale change initiatives—ensuring alignment to organizational priorities and measurable business outcomes. The Director establishes and enforces program governance, financial discipline, and execution rigor across the transformation portfolio, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a catalyst for change across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programs aligned to corporate objectives Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and execution standards across initiatives Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making at the executive level Oversee program financials, including investment planning, budget control, and value realization Anticipate enterprise risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies Define and monitor success metrics, ensuring accountability for outcomes and ROI Enable organizational readiness through structured change management and stakeholder engagement Advise on transformation strategy, including pre-sales solutioning and cost modeling Institutionalize best practices and continuous improvement across the transformation lifecycle Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams within a matrixed environment
Requirements
Qualifications:
20+ years of experience leading large-scale, enterprise transformation programs Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives with significant business impact Strong financial acumen with experience managing large program budgets and P&L ownership Executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders Deep expertise in change management, governance, and operating model design Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
