Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Wealth Management Support: Incorporate Key support for execs/industries in financial planning, wealth advisory/management, private equity
Must have experience in wealth management, financial planning, private equity, or a related financial field.
Calendar & Email Management: Manage executive schedules, prioritize tasks, and oversee professional correspondence.
Presentation & Report Preparation: Create polished presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
CRM Administration: Update and maintain CRM systems such as RedTail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, etc.
Social Media Management: Curate and maintain a professional online presence for clients.
Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, hotels, and transportation.
Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and personal engagements.
Project Support: Assist with ongoing projects and help streamline workflows.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Financial Acumen: Prior experience in wealth management and familiarity with financial tools (e.g., RedTail CRM) is a plus.
Detail-oriented: Precise in managing multiple tasks and adhering to deadlines.
Self-motivated: Proactive in identifying solutions and problem-solving.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other tools.
Strong Communication Skills: Professional, efficient client communication.
Adaptable: Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a remote work environment.
Requirements:
Financial Expertise: Experience in wealth management or related financial fields.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience is required; 3+ years is preferred.
Technical Requirements: Reliable internet, a home office setup (PC/Mac, webcam), and updated software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Availability: Must be available Monday-Friday during business hours for at least 20 hours per week.
Pre-Contracting Requirements: Fingerprinting, background check, and NDA may be required before contracting or starting an engagement.
