Description
4 billable hours per day 15 minutes travel between sessions Built-in time for planning, reports and collaboration Fully mobile & telehealth – therapy in homes, schools & early learning Flexible, parent & carer friendly Real supervision and investment in growth
3 x Positions available:Ryde District, Penrith & Lower Blue Mountains, Inner West
If you believe children do best in the places they already feel safe, this role is for you!
We are a fully mobile, neuro-affirming practice with a focus on supporting neurodivergent children in their familiar environment. Therapy happens in homes, early learning settings, schools and via telehealth, alongside the people who matter most in a child’s life. No clinic rooms. No artificial environments. No relying on generalisation without supporting it in everyday contexts.
Our team includes neurodivergent clinicians and leaders. Neuro-affirming practice is not a buzzword for us; it shapes how we set goals, how we communicate, and how we partner with families and educators and how we function as a workplace.
We build a team around every child. Real collaboration with caregivers. Real collaboration with teachers. Real collaboration with other professionals. We built the job around what clinicians need in order to do that well. When therapists are supported, families are supported.
What makes this role different
Time to think. Billable hours are capped at four hours per day. The rest of your time is protected for planning, collaboration, documentation and professional growth.
Travel that is actually manageable. Your day is structured around your home base with no more than 15 minutes between sessions.
Depth over volume. You will have a sustainable caseload so you can deliver therapy you are proud of.
Support that exists in practice, not just on paper. Admin support, supervision, mentoring and access to senior clinicians are embedded into how we operate. This means you’ll have weekly supervision, plus peer supervision, plus ad hoc support any time you need it! As over half of our team, including our Director is neurodivergent, we also have a deep understanding of supporting speech pathologists who are neurodivergent themselves.
A practice designed for therapists. Flexible work patterns are normal here. Parent and carer schedules are welcomed.
