The Director of Advisor and Intermediary Relations will establish, implement and maintain a communications/calling program targeting the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Family Office community. The professional in this role will promote Bridgeway mutual fund and ETF strategies by presenting the nuances of Bridgeway and their applicability to this distribution channel. The Director will work closely with the Director of Product Marketing to ensure that marketing information pertinent to the RIA distribution channel is accurate and meaningful. The Director will be a critical Distribution, Marketing and Client Service (DMC) team member and report to the Head of Distribution.
Principal Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive calling program on Registered Investment Advisors (RIA), Family Offices, and smaller institutions when needed.
Develop a deep understanding of Bridgeway products, philosophy, and investment edge to represent in the marketplace and while in attendance at industry conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Identify and actively pursue industry speaking opportunities, positioning Bridgeway colleagues as speakers, panelists, and active participants.
Coordinate the use of Investment Management Team (IMT) members to facilitate new business presentations and maintenance of existing clients.
Cultivate and manage dealer platform partnerships, creating strategic plans to support sustainable growth.
Interact with internal staff on the creation, maintenance, and update of high quality collateral literature.
Provide ongoing insights on RIA and Family Office market trends to Distribution and Investment Management teams to inform prospective strategies.
Requirements
Experience/Skills
Five plus years of experience working with the advisor community through sales, dealer platforms or client service.
Asset management sales experience preferred
Exposure to equity market neutral and/or international equities a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with effective time management; CRM proficiency required
Energetic, entrepreneurial, and proactive professional
Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships
Adaptable, results-driven, and resilient in dynamic environments
Commitment to ongoing professional development and community impact
Required travel for conferences, meetings, and industry events
Education
Undergraduate degree in finance, related disciplines; advanced degree preferred
