About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to deliver community-based services across a diverse caseload. You will work with clients under the NDIS, private sector, and the NSW Motor Accident and Workers Compensation schemes. This role is ideal for a therapist who thrives in an autonomous yet collaborative environment and is passionate about enabling people to live independently and meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver client-centred occupational therapy in home and community settings
Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and therapy interventions
Provide high-quality independent assessments and reports
Assess, prescribe, and script assistive technology and home modifications
Liaise with families, support coordinators, case managers, and other stakeholders
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence
Identify and improve areas of service delivery

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
Full AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally with exposure to NDIS or insurance schemes
Demonstrated experience in inpatient, community or private practice settings
Strong communication, report-writing, and clinical reasoning skills
A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Commitment to ethical practice, client-centred care, and continuous improvement
