1st Franklin Financial is seeking an experienced and strategic Payroll Operations Manager to lead and oversee our payroll functions in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This is a leadership position that requires both technical payroll expertise and strong people management skills.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Hands-on experience with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, Workday, or similar platforms Experience managing multi-state payroll operations Strong understanding of payroll tax compliance, garnishments, and benefits deductions Prior experience working in financial services or lending industry is a plus
