About the Opportunity
The Interim & Delegated Services team provides interim or ongoing ADA/504 services, as well as consulting, coaching, and mentoring assistance to schools and organizations.These services are designed to assist clients with their equity goals and with their compliance obligations under the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and other related federal and state laws and/or associated guidance. Team members may be assigned to provide one or more services to one or more institutions at the same time.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about advancing accessibility, compliance, and equitable practices across higher education and workplace environments. We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative professional to serve as a trusted expert in ADA and Section 504 compliance, accommodations, and employee relations.

What You Will Do
- Serve as an institution’s ADA and/or Section 504 Coordinator or Accommodations Specialist for large or complex environments.
- Lead and manage accommodation requests from intake through resolution, ensuring compliance with organizational or institutional policies and federal/state regulations.
- Facilitate interactive dialogue processes and provide thoughtful, solution-oriented guidance to employees, students, and institutional leaders.
- Draft professional correspondence, policies, procedures, and compliance documentation related to accommodations and accessibility.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ADA, Section 504, and related compliance obligations, including emerging best practices and legal developments.
- Deliver engaging trainings and educational programs on accessibility, accommodations, and compliance topics.
- Advise leadership teams on risk mitigation, policy interpretation, employee relations matters, and equitable workplace practices.
- Support organizations or institutions in strengthening the effectiveness and efficiency of their ADA and/or Section 504 programs.
- Mentor and guide staff members supporting clients
- Maintain accurate case documentation and safeguard confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
What You Bring
- Deep expertise in ADA and Section 504 compliance, accommodations, and interactive processes.
- Strong working knowledge of employment-related regulations including FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and Pregnancy Disability Leave.
- Experience navigating complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and sensitive HR issues.
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, institutions, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to equity and accessibility.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management systems such as Aim, Maxient, iSight, or Advocate.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an ADA and/or Section 504 Coordinator/Director across two or moreinstitutions, including at least one large or complex institution.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR Compliance, includingconductingemployee accommodations and sensitive workplace matters.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Experience applying HR policies and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws, including ADA and Section 504 regulations.
- Experience conducting interactive dialogue processes related to disability accommodations and workplace solutions.
- Experience developing and delivering ADA and/or Section 504 training programs.

Salary Range: $84,000 - $168,000
An individual's compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including primary residence, skill set, relevant experience, and job qualifications
