- JOB TITLE: Associate Attorney
- LOCATION: Remote - (must reside in the greater tristate area with ability to appear in various counties in the downstate NY area)
- TRAVEL REQUIRED: Court Related in designated counties
- PAY RANGE: $80,000 - $120,000 (Experience considered)

As an Associate Attorney, you will:
- Represent financial institutions in related court proceedings
- Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
- Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually
- Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
- Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice
What You Bring:
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- 3+ years of experience working in default servicing/evictions/collections preferred (all qualified applicants considered)
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
- Candidates with multi-state licensure, admission to practice in federal/bankruptcy courts or collections experience a plus

Location & Travel:
- Remote position with requirement to routinely travel to court for appearances.
- Local court-related travel required
- Must reside in the tristate area and have the ability to travel to court appearances in designated counties
