We are looking for a Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist to join our team and teach AI chatbots. You will have conversations with chatbots in order to measure their progress, as well as write novel conversations in order to teach them what to say.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects. Based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive projects regularly. We find our most successful candidates work between 5-20 hours per week, but candidates have the availability to work more than 40 hours.

Responsibilities:

Give AI chatbots diverse and complex healthcare related problems and evaluate their outputs
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Ensure the accuracy of model performance

Requirements

Fluent in English
A current or in progress medical degree
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Strong research and fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy and originality
