Minneapolis Radiology Associates (MRA) is a 100% physician-owned practice celebrating our 56th year in business. MRA is a stable, well-respected independent group supporting the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota market. We have 35 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers on our team.
MRA is highly diversified both horizontally and vertically. We support six acute care hospitals spanning four health systems, own a number of outpatient imaging and breast centers, run the state’s premier vein treatment center and joint venture the state’s largest freestanding dialysis access ambulatory surgery center.
MRA is an established regional leader in all subspecialty areas of radiology, including neuro, breast, musculoskeletal, body and interventional. MRA offers extremely competitive compensation and benefits, including technical facility ownership, retirement plan contributions, a four day work week (if desired) and generous vacation time.
MRA uses Fuji PACS and Nuance PowerScribe voice recognition. We have in-house IT support for workstations, connectivity and workflow stability, including full Epic integration. We provide a workstation and diagnostic monitors.
We currently have openings for on-site partnership track diagnostic and interventional radiologists as well as remote employed evening and weekend diagnostic radiologists.

REMOTE EVENINGS
MRA is seeking a diagnostic radiologist for an evening 7 on / 7 off second-shift position. The role is centered on high-volume, bread-and-butter ED and inpatient cases across all modalities, enabling efficient RVU generation and exceptional income potential. We operate within a Level I trauma system, maintaining a steady and manageable evening workflow. A reliable PACS and strong IT support help ensure uninterrupted coverage, with overlap during the bulk of the shift. On-site radiologists are also available for backup in the rare event of connectivity issues.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
Evening shift: 2p–10p CST
75 wRVU baseline
Interpret diagnostic radiology across all modalities
Direct communication with referring clinicians as needed
Bread-and-butter evening case mix with consistent and predictable volume
