Description
Jane Fonda Climate PAC is laser-focused on electing climate champions at all levels of government and holding the fossil fuel industry accountable. Jane Fonda Climate PAC is seeking an experienced Field Organizer to support volunteer voter contact efforts for the 2026 election cycle. This position will report to the National Mobilization Director.
This is a full-time temporary position through December 31, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up phonebanks, canvasses and textbanks in support of JanePAC’s endorsed candidates
- Recruit volunteers via email, texts, phone calls and other tactics to participate in voter contact events
- Train and support voter contact volunteers
- Nurture relationships with volunteers and escalating their involvement into meaningful volunteer leadership roles
- Track volunteer recruitment and engagement efforts and reporting results to PAC leadership and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with campaign teams and external partners on voter contact events and related programming
- Assist with other voter contact efforts as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting, training and supporting volunteers in electoral campaigns or non-profit organizations.
- Experience managing volunteers remotely
- Proficiency in organizing and voter contact tools (Mobilize, EveryAction, Scale-to-Win Text/Dialer)
- Experience executing voter contact events with high-profile principals and guests
- Knowledge of and passion for addressing the climate crisis
Salary range: $6,250 - $7,000 monthly, depending on experience and cost of living considerations
Location: This position is fully remote
