We’re partnering with a health tech company supporting employee wellbeing through comprehensive health and wellbeing solutions and personalized coaching. We’re looking for National Board Certified Health Coaches with telehealth experience to join their team!

What You'll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions via phone or video (typically up to 30 minutes)
• Review health risk assessments and biometric screening results with participants
• Educate members on lifestyle factors and support goal-setting aligned with their health risks
• Guide participants through program enrollment and ongoing engagement
• Use motivational interviewing and behavior change frameworks to support progress over time
• Coordinate with broader care teams and refer to additional resources when appropriate
   

What We're Looking For:

• National Board Certified Health Coaches (NBC-HWC required)
• 1–3+ years of coaching or health education experience
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of specialization, such as health promotion/ education, exercise physiology, or psychology
• Experience in telehealth, digital health, or employer wellness programs preferred
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms (telehealth, documentation tools, etc.)
• Spanish fluency is a plus
• Mental Health First Aid Certification is a plus

Availability of 28 hours/week:

Scheduling Expectations (all times are CST)

• 12pm-6pm Monday-Thursday
• 12pm-4pm Friday

Details:

• Compensation: $23–$26/hour
• Start Date: June
• Interviews: 1-3 weeks
