Description

American National University (ANU) seeks a program manager for its HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing certificate programs.

ANU is institutionally accredited by the Distance Education Accreditation Commission (DEAC). The candidate should have experience in curriculum development and is willing to create and/or manage 100% at-a-distance certificate programs using simulation, kits, and/or virtual reality.

This is a full-time position. Candidate will have primary responsibility for curriculum development, teaching online courses, class and faculty schedules, faculty recruitment, maintaining accreditation, and other administrative duties as necessary to run a successful educational certificate program.

Candidates with teaching or program administration experience in distance education settings will be given preference.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include:

Associate's degree in an HVAC/Electrical-related field
Five years or more of practical experience in the field
Familiar with HVAC Excellence programmatic accreditation standards
Must hold a valid EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
