Description

This is a mid-level position within a small proposal team, with a focus on state and local government proposals. Proven self starter with the ability to create compelling, compliant, client-centric proposals. This position requires writing and management capability, appropriate use of AI,  the ability to work with technical staff, contracts, and management, and willingness to take responsibility for the process and the product. 

Requirements

Primary Requirements: 

Managing multiple, simultaneous, state and local government proposals

Developing compliant outlines for proposals that are easy to evaluate

Managing by influence of the proposal team.

Writing portions of the proposal using existing boilerplate with support from technical SMEs

Use of AI for compliance, research, effective use of existing library, and editorial support

Finalizing proposals with the Propsal Coordinator, ensuring on-time, quality delivery.

Expert use of Word and Adobe 

Use of Excel, PowerPoint and CRMs
