Role Summary
We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and proactive Geopolitical Analyst to join our global remote team. This is a long-term, part-time position designed for professionals who excel in a flexible, project-based environment. The role offers complete autonomy—free from time zones or location constraints. Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be at the forefront of analyzing global events and their implications for our clients. Your core duties will include:
1.Research & Analysis: Conducting in-depth, primary research on global geopolitical trends, regional conflicts, and international relations dynamics.
2.Situational Monitoring: Continuously tracking political, economic, and security developments in key global hotspots, with a particular focus on the Indo-Pacific and Middle East regions.
3.Threat Intelligence: Identifying and assessing emerging threats, including political instability, economic sanctions, and regulatory changes.
4.Client Reporting: Authoring concise, insightful, and timely reports, briefings, and risk assessments tailored to the needs of private sector clients.
5.Global Collaboration: Working seamlessly within a distributed global team to share intelligence and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely analysis.
6.Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively presenting your findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Your Qualifications
To be qualified for this position, you must possess and demonstrate the following abilities:
1.Educational Background: Must have a bachelor's degree or above in Political Science, International Relations, Security Studies, Economics or related fields.
2.Core Experience: Have experience in geopolitical analysis, political risk consulting, international relations, public administration or related fields.
3.Regional Expertise: Have a solid and clear understanding of at least one key geopolitical region (such as the Indo-Pacific region, the Middle East region, Eastern Europe region).
4.Analytical Skills: Possess excellent research, analysis and critical thinking abilities, and have the ability to integrate complex information into clear and actionable insights.
5.Communication Skills: Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Be able to write clearly and accurately and complete tasks within tight deadlines.
6.Self-Independence and Teamwork: Possess an enterprising spirit and be able to work independently in a remote environment, while also being a cooperative and reliable team member.
