The role
You'll own new business development across U.S. dealerships and dealer groups. That means:
Opening and closing deals with Dealer Principals, GMs, and Marketing Directors
Running the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, close
Presenting GALAXY and our SEO/AEO/GEO solution suite to evaluation committees
Partnering with Operations and Account Management for clean handoffs
Representing A3 at NADA, Digital Dealer, and OEM events
Feeding market intel back into our positioning and product
Must-haves
3–7 years selling digital marketing, SEO, reputation, inventory, CRM, or adjacent vendor solutions into automotive retail
Active, current relationships with U.S. dealership decision-makers — people who take your calls
Full-cycle sales experience (prospecting through close), not just SDR or opener work
Fluency in dealer economics — VDP traffic, lead quality, cost per sold, attribution
Comfort discussing AI's impact on search and why dealers need a strategy for it
Nice-to-haves
Alumni of Dealer.com, CDK, Cars.com, Cox Automotive, Shift Digital, Sincro, DealerOn, Reynolds, or similar
NADA and/or Digital Dealer presence
Experience closing multi-rooftop dealer groups
Warm relationships inside OEM digital certification programs
Compensation
Base salary: $80,000–$95,000 (based on experience and existing dealer relationships)
OTE at 100% of quota: $150,000–$180,000 — uncapped, top performers earn well above
Structure: Base + commission on first-year contract value + residual on retained accounts + accelerators on multi-rooftop dealer group deals
Plus: Full benefits, expense account, and NADA/Digital Dealer travel covered
