Location Requirements:
- Must be located in: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee
- Candidates near Tampa should be open to occasional onsite client interaction
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the estimating process from start to finish across a wide range of projects ($100K–$10M+) including healthcare, education, commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and more.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Review plans, specs, and drawings to build accurate, competitive estimates
- Prepare bids using Accubid or similar estimating tools
- Analyze scope, pricing, and risk to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Develop clear, competitive bid packages with inclusions/exclusions
- Partner with internal teams to finalize and deliver winning bids
- Support project handoff by clearly communicating scope and expectations
- Provide value engineering ideas to help maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of electrical estimating experience
- Experience with Accubid LiveCount
- Strong understanding of electrical construction across project types
- Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Field experience is a plus
Compensation:
- $100,000 – $125,000 for candidates with 5–10 years of experience
- $125,000 – $140,000 for candidates with 10+ years of experience
