Description

The Pet King Brands Animal Health Student Representative will serve as a liaison between Pet King Brands
and the University with which the student attends. The objective of this role is to raise awareness of the
advanced enzymatic technology found in all PKB products and educate students and faculty on the many
benefits of using enzyme therapy compared to antibiotic therapy on dogs and cats for ear, skin, and oral
health. Veterinary students will also hear about opportunities to explore within the veterinary industry. The
student representative will be selected based upon certain criteria and will be selected by the Pet King
Brands Veterinary Representatives, with the approval of the appropriate university representative (Associate
Dean of Students, faculty advisor, etc.).

Requirements

1. Identifies potential areas for Pet King Brands Animal Health’s support of and involvement in
college and student activities each semester.
2. Assists with the coordination/distribution of information, educational resources, and product
literature at the direction of the Pet King Brands Veterinary Representative and to assist in the
support and awareness of Pet King Brands products.
3. Facilitates campus visits or webinars by the PKB sales representative of Pet King Brands
Animal Health. This could include scheduling appointments with key university and faculty
contacts and assisting with selections and arrangement of suitable meeting or presentation
sites where both general (ear, skin and mouth) health is discussed along with how PKB
products can support a return to normal. Coordinates an implementation of a minimum of two
Pet King Brands Animal Health sponsored activities for the academic year (One activity in the
Fall Semester and one activity in the Spring Semester).
4. Ensures that Pet King Brands Animal Health, as represented by the Veterinary Sales
Representative and student representative, follow all applicable college guidelines regarding
company activities at the university.
5. Assists with the facilitation and/or coordination of contacts between the Pet King Brands
Veterinary Representative and student organizations such as SAVMA, SCAVMA, AAHA etc.
6. Upon successful service of the one-year commitment with option of one-year renewal will
make recommendation to Pet King Brands for a successor.
