- Vocational Rehabilitation Expert and Life Care Planner
Description
We are seeking an experienced and credentialed Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant and Life Care Planner to provide comprehensive evaluation, analysis and expert opinion services in litigation and clinical contexts. This role involves assessing employability, earning capacity, and future care needs for individuals with injuries, disabilities, or complex medical conditions. A strong candidate would have analytical skills, clinical judgement, and the ability to clearly communicate findings through written reports and provide expert testimony.
Requirements
CRC and CLCP Required
Conducts vocational evaluations to assess employability, work capacity, and transferable skills.
Performs loss of earning capacity analyses using labor market research and data with established methodologies.
Develops comprehensive life care plans based on an evaluation withe the injured individual, medical records, provider input, and standards of practice guidelines.
Conducts geographical cost research for life care plan recommendations.
Administer and interpret vocational testing.
Conduct labor market research to support opinions.
Review medical, records, employment and educational records along with income/tax related records.
Prepare written reports for legal proceedings.
Collaborate with attorneys, physicians, and other experts.
